As a Bilingual Account Specialist, you provide collections-related sales and service to BMO customers and prospects. You advise customers on payment strategies and products while following approved procedures. Your work may include coaching, training, quality audits, vendor management, and credit collection disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review delinquent, medium-risk accounts for collections opportunities
- Advise customers on payment strategies and collections products
- Execute loss mitigation processes for high-risk accounts
- Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently
- Analyze information and provide recommendations
Requirements:
- Two to three years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge of Consumer Collections laws and requirements
- Good verbal, written, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Good organization and collaboration skills
