Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects
- Complete needs assessments and recommend tailored financial solutions

Requirements:
- Typically two to three years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
- Appropriate lending qualifications and designations
- Knowledge of personal banking, investments, and lending products
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
