As a Bilingual Account Specialist, you will review accounts, understand customer needs, and provide collections-related sales and service. You will advise on payment strategies, execute loss mitigation processes, and maintain accurate customer records. The work includes calls, transactions, referrals, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review delinquent and medium-risk accounts for collections opportunities
- Advise customers on payment strategies and collections products
- Execute loss mitigation solutions for high-risk accounts
- Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently
- Process transactions, documentation, referrals, and customer communications
Requirements:
- Two to three years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge of consumer collections laws and practices
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills
