As a Client Service Associate, you will work with Investment Advisors within BMO Private Wealth's team-based wealth management model. Support day-to-day client needs through account activity, investment information, trade execution, and personalized service. Coordinate reviews and maintain accurate documentation while connecting clients with broader Wealth solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted contact for investment and account needs
- Prepare and coordinate client portfolio review meetings
- Maintain files, documentation, account updates, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor assets and identify activity requiring follow-up
- Connect clients with broader BMO Wealth solutions
Requirements:
- Current CIRO Investment Representative licensing
- Three to five years of relevant experience typically expected
- Strong knowledge of client accounts and investment procedures
- Strong attention to detail and multiple-priority management
- Financial or retirement planning knowledge is an asset
