Key Responsibilities:
- Execute transactions and service requests within service level agreements
- Coordinate team workflows, assignments, quality control, and training
- Reconcile documentation and resolve discrepancies under established procedures
- Respond to stakeholder and customer inquiries accurately
- Support change initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Requirements:
- Three to five years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
- In-depth knowledge of systems, technology, products, and controls
- In-depth analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- In-depth Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
