You will follow policies, procedures, and service level agreements while processing transactions, supporting lockbox and remote deposit processes, and monitoring accounts. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on business and group solution implementation
- Process deposits, payments, transactions, and service requests accurately

Requirements:
- Three to five years of relevant experience
- Related post-secondary degree or equivalent combination
- In-depth knowledge of business products, processes, and controls
- In-depth understanding of risk and regulatory requirements
- Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities
