This Portfolio Assistant provides administrative and operational support within Wealth Sales & Service. The position builds client relationships through referrals, marketing initiatives, telemarketing, and outbound calls. It also supports investment client services, strategic initiatives, and branch operations while applying risk and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate client meetings, calendars, marketing activities, and sales materials
- Build relationships through referrals, marketing, and outbound calls
- Prepare reports, dashboards, meeting information, and annual review materials
- Analyze data, track milestones, and provide recommendations
- Resolve complaints and escalate issues when required
Requirements:
- Two to three years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
- Advanced investment process, procedure, product, and service knowledge
- Relevant investment industry licensing for designated jurisdiction or portfolio
- Good communication, organization, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills
