You will develop communications strategies, advise on audiences and channels, and create content for email, Viva Engage, town halls, presentations, newsletters, and video. Typically five to seven years of relevant experience Post-secondary degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and audience-focused messaging skills Experience advising senior leaders and developing communications plans Comfort using Microsoft Copilot and other digital tools Bring strategic communications, executive advising, and audience-focused storytelling skills to BMO’s regional leadership communications team.
