As an experienced Market Leader, you will strengthen BluMetric’s position across Ontario’s commercial and industrial markets. The work combines strategic account management, opportunity qualification, capture planning, forecasting, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Success requires strong client relationships, commercial and financial acumen, and environmental services credibility. Key Responsibilities:
Develop annual sales plans, budgets, forecasts, and growth targets Expand BluMetric services within existing client accounts Lead Go/No-Go decisions for priority opportunities Coordinate technical, operational, commercial, and proposal resources Report pipeline, forecasts, risks, and emerging opportunities Requirements:
Minimum 10 years in environmental, engineering, industrial, or professional services Success executing strategies that generated measurable business growth Experience leading significant pursuits, proposals, presentations, and negotiations Strong understanding of pricing, forecasting, margin, and profitability Ability to mobilize multidisciplinary teams without direct reporting authority Use strategic accounts, capture leadership, forecasting, and commercial judgment to deliver sustainable growth for BluMetric’s Ontario market.
