Lead WaterTech operations at BluMetric Environmental Inc. through engineering, manufacturing, project delivery, and field service across Canada. Build infrastructure supporting continued business growth. This future Director position provides strategic and day-to-day leadership across multidisciplinary WaterTech activities. You will translate business requirements into operational plans while managing capacity, resources, schedules, budgets, quality, and safety. The work spans engineering, manufacturing, testing, commissioning, refurbishment, and operations and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering, manufacturing, production, assembly, testing, and field service activities
- Plan projects through production readiness, delivery, commissioning, and support
- Monitor operational KPIs covering safety, quality, costs, capacity, and productivity
- Improve processes, systems, workflows, scalability, and operational consistency
- Develop, mentor, and retain a high-performing operations team
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of progressive technical operations or manufacturing experience
- Experience leading engineered-to-order operations and multidisciplinary project teams
- Experience managing KPIs, budgets, forecasts, production schedules, and resources
- Eligible for Secret-level security clearance and international travel
