blue Stone Solutions Group is looking for an experienced Senior Engineering / IT Recruiter in the Montreal/Quebec area.
We need someone who is fully bilingual in English and French and has a strong recruiting background across engineering, manufacturing, technical, and IT roles.
This person will manage the full recruiting lifecycle and work closely with account managers and business leaders to understand client needs, build candidate pipelines, and deliver qualified talent across Canada and North America.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding
- Partner with account managers and business leaders to understand client hiring needs and priorities
- Recruit engineering, manufacturing, technical, and IT professionals
- Develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified active and passive candidates
- Conduct candidate interviews and technical qualification assessments
- Coordinate client interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer acceptance
- Maintain recruiting activity and candidate records within Bullhorn ATS
- Manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and industry professionals

What We're Looking For
- Required Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken
- Based in the Montreal/Quebec area
- Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on engineering and technical roles
- Experience recruiting IT professionals in addition to engineering talent
- Demonstrated success recruiting specialized professionals in competitive markets
- Experience supporting contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire recruiting LU
- Strong sourcing skills using Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, networking, referrals, ATS databases, and direct sourcing
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver results with urgency
- Preferred Qualifications
- Recruiting experience within manufacturing, automotive, industrial, infrastructure, energy, construction, or capital project environments
- Experience recruiting across software, data, cloud, infrastructure, Dev Ops, cybersecurity, or other IT disciplines
- Experience supporting large-scale hiring initiatives across multiple geographic markets
- Established engineering and technical talent network in Quebec and across Canada
- What Success Looks Like
The ideal candidate understands how to recruit highly specialized engineering and technical professionals and also has enough IT recruiting experience to support technology-based searches.
You know how to engage passive talent, qualify candidates beyond the resume, and consistently deliver strong candidates for difficult roles.
