Lead accounting operations at BlueCat, owning close, technical accounting, audit readiness, and a team of nine across global operations. As Director of Accounting, you will oversee close activities, revenue recognition, equity accounting, reporting, controls, and audit support. You will guide three direct reports, partner with senior leadership, and support systems integration and future acquisitions. The position requires CPA credentials, US GAAP expertise, and experience improving accounting processes. Key Responsibilities:
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close calendars Oversee GL, A/P, revenue accounting, and reconciliations Review ASC 606 contracts and deferred revenue Prepare financial statements and management reporting inputs Lead accounting team development and delegation Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA required 8+ years progressive accounting experience 4+ years managing people Deep US GAAP and ASC 606 expertise NetSuite and advanced Excel experience preferred Apply accounting leadership, technical expertise, and operational discipline to strengthen BlueCat’s close, reporting, and audit readiness.
