Lead AgeCare Sandringham’s care operations in Victoria as Executive Director and Director of Care, using nursing leadership and regulatory expertise. This regular full-time leadership role oversees the home’s management and operations. You will engage multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, support quality improvement, and maintain resident safety. The position serves residents, families, employees, and managers through hands-on leadership. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee overall home management, operations, and expenditures Collaborate with community, regional, and support teams Ensure compliance with provincial, federal, and collective requirements Hire, train, and engage managers and employees Support quality care, safety, and resident satisfaction Requirements:
Registered Nurse degree and BCCNM registration LTC Administrator Certification where applicable Minimum five years relevant health management experience Experience with budgeting, labour relations, and legislation Ability to lead sizeable multidisciplinary unionized teams Bring nursing leadership, financial management, and quality improvement expertise to AgeCare Sandringham’s resident-focused care environment.
