As Head of Sales for Multifamily, you will pursue large, multi-location owners and property management groups. Blacksmith Agency provides qualified meetings through sales development and inbound channels. Your focus is closing complex agency engagements involving websites, SEO, and paid media for large portfolios. Key Responsibilities:
Own discovery, proposals, negotiations, and closes across large deals Engage owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders Close strategic agreements covering multifamily portfolio locations Expand signed groups across locations and services Build proposals with strategists and leadership Requirements:
Record of closing $1M+ annually on enterprise accounts Experience selling to multifamily or similar multi-location buyers Experience managing consultative cycles with multiple decision makers Comfort pursuing deals lasting three to twelve months Preference for closing business over managing people Bring enterprise selling, multifamily expertise, and consultative closing skills to Blacksmith Agency’s largest strategic accounts.
