This individual contributor role carries a $2M annual quota across a small number of large accounts. You will work with owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders through complex buying processes. Key Responsibilities:
Lead discovery, proposals, negotiations, and closes across three to twelve months Open and close strategic HVAC group accounts independently Expand signed groups through additional locations and services Build proposals with strategists and agency leadership Manage multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles Requirements:
Record of closing $1M+ annually on large accounts Experience selling to multi-location or enterprise accounts HVAC, marketing, or agency-services sales experience Experience managing long, consultative cycles with multiple decision makers Preference for closing business over managing people Bring enterprise selling, HVAC market knowledge, and consultative closing strength to Blacksmith Agency's largest strategic accounts.
