As Paid Media Manager, Multifamily, you manage paid media for multifamily owners and property management groups with large portfolios. Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency, and this full-time position focuses exclusively on paid media. You will guide targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and client-facing performance narratives across several accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads
- Allocate budgets, set bids, target audiences, and test creative
- Manage conversion tracking and attribution through GA4 and pixels
- Create 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps
- Drive retention, upsell, and long-term account growth
Requirements:
- Three-plus years hands-on with Google Ads and Meta
- Campaign-building, management, and optimization experience
- Demonstrated movement in ROAS, CPA, or pipeline results
- Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
- Clear spoken English for live calls with United States clients
