About The Role
Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency.
As PPC Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why.
You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
- What You Will Own
- Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, Linked In and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
- Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
- Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
- The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
- Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
What You Bring
- 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
- A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
- Agency experience across several clients at once.
- Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
- Paid media for senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
