Lead PPC and SEO strategy remotely for Blacksmith Agency across the USA, Canada, or South Africa, guiding specialists and department performance. You manage the PPC strategist and SEO strategist while owning the department’s direction. You set standards, oversee client results, and determine channel strategy across multifamily, B2B, and technical accounts. This is a management seat, not a campaign-building role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage strategist quality, development, reviews, and performance decisions
- Set standards for audits, reporting, and quality checks
- Own client results, attribution, and GA4 reporting accuracy
- Diagnose account risks and lead client escalations
- Guide channel strategy, budgets, sales commitments, and hiring
Requirements:
- Seven or more years across paid media and SEO
- Direct management experience with strategist or specialist reports
- Working depth in Google Ads, GA4, and Search Console
- Working depth in Meta and Microsoft Ads
- Agency experience managing many accounts simultaneously
