Responsibilities
- Own EPIC So C technical leadership from concept to production
- Build and document comprehensive product architecture for PRD
- Manage digital and high-speed I/O subsystem architecture
- Collaborate with analog, photonics, and packaging system architects
- Drive full-chip performance, power, and area trade-off analysis
Requirements
- 7–10 years of So C architecture experience
- Proficient in high-speed I/O protocols, including UCIe and PCIe
- Strong experience in digital subsystem architecture
- Cross-domain integration skills with subsystem inputs
