Black & McDonald seeks a Mechanical Project Coordinator to assist Project Managers with project execution and administration. The position involves scheduling, budgeting, reporting, change orders, and documentation. You will work with Operations Managers, Site Supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients while supporting quality, safety, procurement, and turnover activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of projects
- Prepare schedules, reports, logs, minutes, and action records
- Support change order pricing, submission, and administration
- Track costs, forecasts, productivity, procurement, and deliveries
- Maintain project documentation, relationships, quality, and safety compliance
Requirements:
- Engineering degree, construction diploma, or related field experience
- Two to five years in mechanical construction or related environments
- Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, communication, and coordination skills
- Knowledge of mechanical codes, drawings, specifications, and contract documentation
- Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore experience
