This Mechanical Project Coordinator supports commercial construction from project award through closeout. You will assist with planning, cost tracking, forecasting, schedules, project documentation, subcontract administration, and material deliveries. Collaboration with Project Managers, field personnel, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients is central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain schedules, reports, logs, RFIs, submittals, and closeout documents
- Assist subcontract administration and material or equipment procurement
- Prepare meeting minutes and track project action items
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and productivity tracking
- Participate in commissioning, turnover, and project closeout activities
Requirements:
- Two to five years of related construction experience
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience supporting scheduling, procurement, reporting, and financial controls
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
- Eligibility to obtain Level II Secret Security Clearance
