Support estimating operations with RFQ coordination and document control at Black & McDonald's Alberta Utilities team. This fully in-office position serves the Alberta team.
Reporting to the Lead Estimator, the Estimating Administrator provides administrative support for accurate, competitive bids. The work includes tender documentation, client communication, and estimating workflows. Construction terminology and bidding process knowledge are assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, file, maintain, and distribute tender documentation
- Track RFQs, prequalifications, checklists, and estimating workflows
- Coordinate prequalification packages and RFP responses
- Maintain communications with clients and subcontractors
- Coordinate bid packages, approvals, signatures, and supporting documents
Requirements:
- Minimum two years' administrative experience
- Post-secondary education in business, construction, or office administration
- Strong organization, prioritization, and document control skills
- Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada
