BJRC Recruiting is helping a rapidly growing PE-backed wealth-management client find a hands-on Controller to lead accounting, close processes, and financial reporting across multiple entities. This role reports to the Head of Finance and requires IFRS/US GAAP expertise and strong leadership.
Based in Downtown Toronto with a hybrid schedule (2 days in-office), the successful candidate will drive process improvements, oversee a small accounting team, and support acquisitions and integrations.
