Key Responsibilities
- Lead the firm’s proposal strategy and oversee high-profile pitches and competitive opportunities from initial assessment through final submission.
- Partner closely with lawyers and senior business professionals to develop compelling, differentiated proposals that clearly communicate the firm’s value to prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate complex, time-sensitive submissions involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring teams remain aligned and deliverables meet the highest standards.
- Use proposal results, win rates, and feedback to identify trends and continuously strengthen the firm’s approach to pitches and competitive opportunities.
- Lead and develop a team of proposal professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support while fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of proposal management experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment, including at least 2 years of people leadership experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, high-value proposals and developing winning pitch and proposal strategies.
- Exceptional writing, editing, visual design, project management, and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and proposal management tools.
- Competitive salary with bonus potential.
