We are seeking a Management Systems & Continuous Improvement Leader to provide corporate-level leadership in strengthening, standardizing, and improving management systems across multiple manufacturing divisions. This role will work within a matrix organization, partnering closely with divisional Quality, Continuous Improvement, Environmental, Health & Safety, Export Compliance, and operational teams. The successful candidate will help bring greater structure, consistency, governance, and efficiency to existing management systems across the organization.

The ideal candidate does not need to be an expert in every management-system area. Strong expertise in one area—such as Quality, Environmental, Compliance, or Continuous Improvement—is valuable, provided the candidate demonstrates the ability to understand common management-system principles and adapt their expertise across broader organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide corporate-level leadership in the development, standardization, and governance of management systems across multiple manufacturing divisions.
  • Assess existing management-system processes and identify opportunities to improve consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Establish clear governance frameworks, requirements, processes, and standards that divisions can implement effectively.
  • Identify common principles and requirements across management systems and develop standardized approaches where appropriate.
  • Support the alignment and integration of systems including Quality, Environmental, Export Compliance, and the organization’s manufacturing operating system.
  • Partner with divisional Quality, CI, EHS, Compliance, and operational teams to support implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Streamline management-system requirements across divisions to reduce duplication and improve organizational efficiency.
  • Provide guidance on management-system structure, documentation, processes, and governance.
  • Support the ongoing evolution and standardization of corporate management-system practices.
  • Build strong relationships across a matrix organization and influence stakeholders without relying on direct reporting authority.
  • Identify opportunities to improve how management-system requirements are communicated, implemented, monitored, and maintained.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience working with management systems, governance, standardization, Quality, EHS, Compliance, Continuous Improvement, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of how management systems are structured, governed, implemented, and standardized.
  • Demonstrated experience with at least one major management-system area, such as: Quality Management, Environmental Management, EHS, Compliance, Continuous Improvement, Operational/Production Management Systems.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other ISO management-system standards and an understanding of common principles across management systems.
  • Experience developing, improving, standardizing, or governing processes across multiple teams, sites, or business units.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify gaps and develop practical solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization and influence stakeholders across different functions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex processes and requirements.
  • Adaptable mindset with the ability to learn and work across different management-system disciplines.
  • Credible, hands-on experience with a demonstrated ability to clearly explain responsibilities, contributions, and results.

Growth Opportunity

This is an opportunity to take on a high-impact corporate role focused on standardization, governance, and continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing divisions. The role currently has no direct reports, but offers significant potential for future leadership growth.
