As a Safety and Compliance Administrator, you will maintain Driver and independent contractor records across all regions. The role covers transportation compliance, violation tracking, annual driver reviews, and critical event reporting. Strong organization supports accurate records, stakeholder communication, and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review Vigillo Systems for daily violation notifications
- Document inspections in Bison's Driver Management System
- Coordinate repair completion documents for mechanical violations
- Collect abstracts and Certificates of Violations annually
- Compile critical event data and trends
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to transportation, safety, or regulatory compliance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and record keeping
- Tuesday through Saturday availability
