Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
- Manage prepaid and accrued payables schedules
- Support daily treasury and banking activities
- Process payroll for Canadian and US entities
- Prepare audit schedules and assist in tax compliance
Requirements
- University degree or college diploma in accounting or finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience with month-end ownership
- Proficient in preparing various financial schedules
- Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environments
- Advanced Excel skills necessary for reconciliations
