Bird Construction is seeking a Construction Equipment Mechanic to maintain, diagnose and repair construction tools and equipment out of the Equipment Yard in Transcona.
You will perform oil changes, engine repairs and parts replacement, while also sourcing parts and supporting yard operations.
The role requires 3–5+ years of mechanic experience with construction tools, using small engines, skid-steers and power tools; welding and hydraulics/electrical troubleshooting are assets.
