This Project Administrator supports Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Estimators, and Superintendents on Buildings West projects. Responsibilities include processing RFIs, shop drawings, contracts, correspondence, and change management documentation. The position also maintains accurate tracking logs, project files, meeting records, and office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, and project documents
- Manage change order pricing and documentation accurately
- Maintain project files, tracking logs, and document control
- Prepare meeting minutes, contracts, correspondence, and manuals
- Coordinate couriers, supplies, reception, and meeting rooms
Requirements:
- Three years tracking documentation in project databases
- Experience with Procore, SharePoint, or Viewpoint
- Superior Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines
