Coordinate operational implementation at Bird using practical workflows, stakeholder coordination, and adoption support across construction and field environments. This Operations Improvement Specialist supports priority initiatives from approved concept through implementation and transition to operations. You will work with project managers, operational leaders, subject matter experts, support functions, and users. The focus includes requirements, readiness, resources, and practical recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support systems, technologies, programs, and processes through operational transition
- Coordinate readiness, validation, rollout, and post-implementation activities
- Translate priorities into workflows, business rules, and adoption resources
- Consolidate requirements, gaps, trade-offs, and stakeholder feedback
- Communicate implementation risks, dependencies, and readiness concerns
Requirements:
- Construction, field-based, industrial, project, or operational experience
- Three or more years supporting complex operational implementations
- Experience developing procedures, process maps, guides, or training materials
- Strong coordination, facilitation, writing, editing, and review-management skills
- Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365
- Bring construction experience, sound judgment, and implementation coordination skills to strengthen operational adoption at Bird.
