This Project Coordinator role provides hands-on construction experience while supporting project delivery. You will assist with work plans, maintain project records, and coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. The position requires organized communication and accurate follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with work plans and project schedules
- Maintain electronic project files and documentation
- Track drawings, specifications, RFIs, and purchase orders
- Coordinate claims, meetings, revisions, and change notices
- Support closeout, deficiencies, and client document turnover
Requirements:
- Engineering or Construction Management program graduate
- Three to five years construction or project management experience
- Knowledge of construction health, safety, and environmental practices
- Strong written, oral, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, pressure, and changing activities
