Key Responsibilities:
- Execute recruitment processes aligned with standards
- Track and analyze talent acquisition metrics
- Forge strong internal relationships with stakeholders
- Participate in project planning meetings
- Manage employment inquiries and candidate sourcing
Requirements:
- 2-5+ years of recruitment experience in construction
- Degree/diploma in HR or a related field
- Experience using an ATS; Workday is a plus
- Familiarity with employment regulations
- Strong organizational and relationship management skills
