Full Cycle Recruiter Fort McKay

Manage full-cycle recruitment for Birch Mountain Enterprises LP in Fort McKay, sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews, offers, and pre-employment requirements.

This temporary Recruiter assignment runs approximately three to six months and reports to the Human Resources Manager. You will recruit operational, trades, and administrative roles while managing multiple vacancies. The position emphasizes candidate pipelines, hiring-manager collaboration, and recruitment process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across operational, trades, and administrative positions
• Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and outreach
• Screen applications and assess qualifications against position requirements
• Coordinate interviews, reference checks, assessments, and employment offers
• Maintain candidate pipelines, records, vacancies, and recruitment updates

Requirements:

• Minimum two to three years of recruitment experience
• Full-cycle recruitment experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Applicant Tracking System and Microsoft Office familiarity
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
