Birch Mountain Enterprises seeks an experienced HSE Advisor under HSE Superintendent and Operations Management supervision. You will facilitate site-specific Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems while applying mature professional judgment with minimal supervision. The position supports client sites and internal customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stop or intervene in unsafe work
- Conduct daily site inspections and compliance audits
- Review FLRAs, JSAs, and pre-trips daily
- Investigate incidents and compile timely reports
- Maintain current Safe Work Execution Plans
Requirements:
- Active NCSO certification or OHS certificate or diploma
- Minimum five years of industry experience
- Minimum two years of safety field experience
- CSTS, OSSA or CSO, and H2S Alive
- Valid Class 5 licence and clean driver abstract
