As Senior Conference Associate, you will manage exhibitor and sponsorship presence at assigned conferences. You will coordinate departments, management, and vendors while delivering event plans on time and within budget. The position requires strong communication, relationship-building, and business software skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish project plans, objectives, and end-to-end event logistics
- Coordinate internal teams, management, and external vendors
- Negotiate agreements and consult on event packages
- Identify project risks and report progress regularly
- Evaluate conferences and recommend future improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and two to six years’ relevant experience
