This full-time, permanent position manages assigned patient cases and serves as one point of contact for healthcare providers. You will coordinate coverage, documentation, appointments, deliveries, and pharmacy processes throughout treatment access. The position supports patients, clinics, physicians, insurers, pharmacies, and public funding programs across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the entire patient journey
- Enroll patients in NavieGo managed programs
- Obtain prescription drug coverage and funding
- Coordinate appointments, deliveries, submissions, and paperwork
- Maintain relationships with clinics, physicians, and patients
Requirements:
- English and French bilingualism required
- Registered Nurse designation and provincial licensing required
- At least two years customer service experience
- Health care reimbursement experience
- Microsoft and Google applications proficiency
