Build strategic finance at BioRender through financial modeling and pricing analysis, working remotely from anywhere in Canada or the United States. Shape decisions across product, sales, and growth. As Strategic Finance Manager, you will advise executive leadership on growth strategy as BioRender expands products, sales motions, and geographies. You will model pricing, forecast acquisition, analyze unit economics, and support annual planning. The work spans sales, marketing, product, engineering, design, people, IT, accounting, data science, AI engineering, and revenue operations. Key Responsibilities:
Model pricing and packaging changes, including revenue impact and churn risk Build acquisition forecasts supporting annual recurring revenue targets Run planning scenarios, department budgets, and founder approval processes Analyze CAC payback and LTV:CAC by segment and channel Evaluate investments, spending, headcount, and actuals against plan Requirements:
Experience in finance, consulting, banking, research, or technology operations Outstanding financial modeling and executive summary skills Operational aptitude across sales, engineering, and business functions Judgment working with imperfect, conflicting data sources Clear communication and comfort with ambiguity Bring financial modeling, commercial judgment, and analytical clarity to BioRender’s remote-first strategic finance team.
