Colostrum Procurement Specialist
As a Colostrum Procurement Specialist, you select and purchase high-quality colostrum from Dutch dairy farmers.
You’ll work with quality, production, and logistics teams to ensure our strict standards are met, while also handling supplier relations and collection logistics.

Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and acquire new colostrum suppliers
- Negotiate prices, terms, and quality standards
- Monitor delivered colostrum quality
- Collaborate with internal teams on specifications
- Build and maintain strong farmer relationships
Requirements
- MBO degree in a relevant field
- Affinity with the agricultural sector
- Buying/procurement experience (food or health industry preferred)
- Existing agricultural network is a plus
- Strong negotiation & communication skills
