BINX Professional Cleaning is seeking an Evening Operations Supervisor to lead our evening cleaning teams throughout North Bay. This is a hands‐on leadership role responsible for training staff, conducting quality inspections, supporting customers, and ensuring our teams consistently deliver exceptional service.
We are looking to hire one full-time Evening Operations Supervisor.
This position is ideal for an experienced cleaner who is ready to take the next step into leadership and operations management.
A valid G driver's license and reliable personal vehicle are required. A company vehicle is provided for most daily operations; however, occasional use of a personal vehicle may be required and mileage is reimbursed.

Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience required.
- Previous supervisory, leadership, training, or team lead experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
