As an Insurance Broker, you will analyze markets, recommend personal and commercial coverage, and deliver responsive service. Manage quotes, applications, renewals, and provider negotiations with PowerBroker, Applied Rating Services, and Precision. Build lasting relationships, generate referrals, and grow your own book of business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess client needs and recommend tailored personal or commercial coverage
- Prepare quotes, process applications, and oversee policy renewals
- Negotiate policy terms and pricing with insurance providers
- Generate referrals through networking, digital outreach, and COI relationships
- Achieve monthly sales goals while maintaining high-quality service
Requirements:
- Valid RIBO license is required
- Personal or commercial lines experience is a strong asset
- Microsoft Office proficiency required; PowerBroker familiarity is beneficial
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable with cold calling
