Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (French Required)

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to support their technical product sales team. This is a non-commission, salaried position offering a consistent schedule and a supportive environment for long-term career stability.
What You'll Do
You will be the go-to contact for customer inquiries, focusing on order support, technical guidance, and service excellence. Your role ensures customers receive timely information, product support, and seamless order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls for product and pricing information
- Process orders, provide delivery updates, and coordinate with internal teams
- Prepare quotes and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Deliver both technical and non-technical product support
- Maintain accurate order entry and documentation
- Engage in hands-on training and development opportunities
Qualifications
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
- At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude or technical interest required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Proficient with computers and multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- High school diploma required, post-secondary education preferred

- Monday to Friday schedule, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Salary: 55k-63k anually + bonus
