Coordinate heavy equipment maintenance at Bigfoot using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and strong organizational skills. Support equipment readiness across operations.
The Equipment Maintenance Planner owns preventive and corrective maintenance planning, tracking, follow-up, and documentation across Bigfoot's equipment fleet. You will coordinate with Service, Dispatch, Yard Operations, Parts, Purchasing, vendors, manufacturers, engineers, and other teams. The position maintains accurate equipment records, service histories, controlled technical documents, checklists, and maintenance schedules. It also supports purchasing, warranty claims, equipment availability, and records required for inspections and mobilizations. Technical approvals remain with qualified personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan inspections, repairs, maintenance, and equipment readiness activities
- Coordinate schedules with Service and operational teams
- Track parts, vendors, purchasing, warranties, and outstanding work
- Maintain equipment histories and controlled technical documentation
- Use Business Central to monitor maintenance information
Requirements:
- Valid British Columbia Class 5 driver's license and clean abstract
- Two to four years' related maintenance or service coordination experience preferred
- Understanding of preventive maintenance, work orders, and records
- Strong organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills
- Experience with ERP, CMMS, or fleet systems preferred
