This hands-on IT Manager oversees the full IT scope under COO and Corporate IT supervision. You will manage networking, servers, cloud services, end-user support, ERP operations, Salesforce CRM, security, vendors, and projects. The position suits seasoned professionals with broad enterprise technology experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and prioritize a small IT team
- Align local operations with corporate standards and security policies
- Oversee infrastructure, helpdesk, ERP, and Salesforce performance
- Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and vendors
- Maintain security, documentation, training, and compliance practices
Requirements:
- Seven-plus years of progressive IT experience
- Three-plus years leading cross-functional IT teams
- Working knowledge of networking, infrastructure, ERP, CRM, and development
- Enterprise ERP experience in manufacturing or distribution
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; French and English preferred
