As General Manager, you will oversee an enclosed shopping centre’s operations while working with owners and asset managers. Your responsibilities span budgets, revenue, expenses, tenant billing, maintenance, leasing support, sustainability, and staff leadership. You will help achieve business objectives through accountability, service, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Manage maintenance, repairs, cleaning, landscaping, snow removal, and security Oversee budgets, revenue, expenses, capital costs, and reporting Build tenant relationships and address service concerns Lead onsite staff and support professional development Ensure safety, environmental, corporate, and risk compliance Requirements:
Five to seven years of retail property management experience Leasing, maintenance, financial management, and leadership experience Post-secondary education in real estate, business, or related field Advanced Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar software knowledge RPA or CPM designation preferred; Alberta licensing required or obtainable Bring retail property leadership, financial oversight, and tenant service expertise to BGO’s Calgary operations.
