Key Responsibilities:

- Generate detailed reports using BGIS software
- Provide repair and replacement cost estimates
- Assist in planning for capital budget allocations
Requirements:
- Diploma in architectural, civil, mechanical engineering, or related field
- 1-3 years relevant work experience preferred
- Understanding of building condition assessment standards
- Knowledge of cost estimating processes
- Ability to travel 50-70% of the time
