Lead sustainability reporting and waste audit support as a Sustainability Specialist, using advanced Excel and strong client communication skills. This is a regular, full-time position.
The Sustainability Specialist provides consultative support across waste management, organics diversion, climate resiliency, green building, and sustainability metrics. The role supports BOMA BEST, Fitwel, LEED, and WELL documentation, project opportunities, solution development, and program coordination. It also assists client sustainability initiatives and strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sustainability and waste review reports with recommendations
- Coordinate and oversee waste audits
- Compile reports for senior team member review
- Support sustainability reporting for KPIs and contract deliverables
- Submit certification documentation for assessment
Requirements:
- Post-secondary training in a related area
- Three to five years of relevant experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong Microsoft Word skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative and project management skills
