As Service Coordinator, you will support the Service team by managing calendars, appointments, work orders, and quotations. The position requires scheduling experience, accurate records, and effective communication across organizational levels. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Service Supervisor to create team schedules
- Manage the service calendar and confirm customer appointments
- Generate work orders and create customer quotations
- Monitor job progress and maintain accurate department records
- Review reports and suggest service process improvements
Requirements:
- One to two years of scheduling experience
- Similar industrial industry experience considered an asset
- Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, and Word
- Microsoft Dynamics AX experience is a plus
- Exceptional communication and collaborative relationship-building skills
