As a Senior Security Technical Program Manager, you will streamline critical CISO Office programs at BeyondTrust. Your work combines security domain knowledge, business acumen, and technical expertise. You will identify operational gaps, document requirements, visualize metrics, and execute programs that support customer trust. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee security initiatives across all security pillars Manage security issues from identification through verified closure Prioritize issues using exploitability, blast radius, and data sensitivity Lead cross-functional reviews, handoffs, escalations, and reporting Develop plans, metrics, and process improvements for security programs Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in technology, business, computer science, or related field Five to seven years in security, project management, or technology Understanding of security domains and compliance frameworks Experience managing findings or remediation across multiple teams Hands-on Jira workflows, JQL, and dashboard experience Bring security program leadership, structured prioritization, Jira expertise, and cross-functional accountability to BeyondTrust’s CISO Office.
