Here, you’ll find the resources and support to do your best work - and the freedom to shape your clinical practice in a way that feels authentic to you. We’re growing thoughtfully and looking for clinicians who bring expertise, curiosity, and genuine care to their work.

Why BeWell?
You’re a practitioner in a solo virtual practice, craving the camaraderie and networking opportunities with fellow clinicians. Working in a public institution has you feeling overworked and underpaid; but you like the stability of a full-time role, base salary, and benefits. You enjoy having the option to offer virtual appointments but would love to go into the office space sometimes as well. The instability associated with splits in private practice isn’t your cup of tea, and you seek a more secure professional setting. Your passion for working with clients is matched by a desire to explore leadership opportunities, including supervision. You want an entrepreneurial role and yearn for autonomy, but you aren’t interested in starting your own practice. You are content in your current role, but you’re open to a conversation about the potential offerings and possibilities BeWell could bring to your professional journey.
Compensation
BeWell Health Centres offer a range of competitive compensation options consistent with your level of credentialing. We also offer a generous vacation and benefits plan for salaried employees along with flexible working hours and a hybrid of virtual/in-person. This role can be structured either as a fee-split model OR as a salaried employment role. Total compensation for the role will range from 110k to 150k annually, consisting of a base salary supplemented by variable compensation based on caseload and performance metrics.
