This Growth Associate role supports one of Betstamp Ventures' consumer growth programs. You will manage onboarding, recurring sessions, member payments, partner reconciliation, offers, and links. The program serves real players testing, playing, and reviewing products and partner products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Move new community members from application to active participation
- Run regular sessions that maintain engagement throughout the program
- Ensure member payments arrive accurately and on time
- Reconcile internal numbers with partner records
- Document processes and improve member drop-off points
Requirements:
- One to three years coordinating operations, programs, communities, events, or customers
- Strong organization with consistent follow-through on details
- Comfort with numbers, spreadsheets, and identifying discrepancies
- Clear, warm communication with community members
- Ability to work in office at 370 King Street West
